Tropical - Tropicana Reservation Form

Use this form to make reservations with us. All reservations are guaranteed once we send you a confirmation and pricing by email and you have responded to our email to confirm your reservation.

Our reservation confirmation emails usually take a few days to process; we confirm price by email. Again: you must respond to our reservation confirmation email for your car to be waiting on your arrival.

IMPORTANT: To ensure that you receive our confirmation email, please add to your address book or whitelist "reservations@tropical-tropicana.com" and "form@tropical-tropicana.com" in your email program If you do not hear from us within a week after making your reservation, look in your "spam" folder -- your ISP may have misdirected our reservation confirmation email. If you prefer, you can also contact us by phone to confirm your reservation.

Our reservations form contains a comment area, so if you've any questions or comments, we'll be able to answer them when we email your confirmation.

We will meet you at the airport (outside the baggage area) unless you request other arrangements.

Please note: because of logistics, we do not do single-day rentals for cruise ship passengers.

Tropical-Tropicana invariably responds to all reservations requests by email within 48-72 hours. If you do not hear from us within three business days of making your reservation request, chances are that the "spam filters" in your email software have blocked our confirming email. If this happens, please contact us by phone at either 011-599-553-0572 or 011-599-553-0571 and we will be able to confirm your reservation over the phone. You can also fax us at 011-599-544-3485.
